how to return
start your return
open your order confirmation email or text, view your order & select βreturn itemsβ within 14 days of delivery.
get your free label
once approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. return shipping is on us!
send it back
package your items and drop them off with the designated carrier within 7 days of receiving your label.
in-store purchases
returns for purchases made in-store follow the same 14-day return window. purchases made with a credit or debit card are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. cash purchases are eligible for store credit only and cannot be refunded in cash.
a few things to know
items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition & have tags attached. swimwear, clearance & items marked final sale cannot be returned. original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
refunds
once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process it.
